im pregnant, and i have been having pain under my ribs on my right side. the pain would come and go at first but since a week ago its untolerable now and the pain is so bad it has moved to under my right shoulder blade as well. Yes. They tend to ache and feel very sensitive. Is the pain hot, though? Do your breasts feel like they`re burning/hot? If your breasts just feel achy/sensitive all the time, particularly your nipples, yes that is normal. If they feel very hot or searing pain then I`d go to the doctor.
