The Swiss say it is best to take raw garlic with milk or yogurt because this helps break down the garlic when it reaches your tummy and reduces its odor. When I crush it and add it to yogurt to make a sauce I am fine but when I eat it straight on top of something without boiling or frying it then I can have sleepless night from stomach discomfort. Asians always cook it, so it is how it is prepared and served and what effect you want from it- raw is the strongest & most medicinal, fried is the second flavor-wise and boiled (like in a soup) is the mildest and most tolerable by people and children. A friend who made a trip to India ate one raw clove a day and never got dysentery or anything else during his 2 month trip there- so sometimes the benefits are worth a bit of discomfort until your body can get used to it. Also when you eat parsley with garlic it helps reduce the after scent on your breath. Here`s to garlic one of Mother Nature`s remedy! An alternative to garlic to help digestion is finely chopped ginger root with salt and lemon juice.

I have a cracking and grinding feeling in my knee cap when I bend or apply pressure, sometimes when I bend down it feels like its going to give way and I recive a very Sharp pain . Iv played football since I was young and has only been apparent for around a year. I`m now 18 and I want to know what it could be and if there is anything to treat it.?

from what ive read it is a form of Temporal lobe epilepsy i experince it too. only when im on the computer though and it seems as if i get tunnel vision and a weird sound on my ears even though its not a sound byt feels presseure

hi Everyone i was wondering if anyone could help me i have this really odd sensation just above my voice box , in my thoat i cant feel a lump in my thoat, no bleeding, no pain, no problems with breathing. this problem seems to get worse in the evening! quite worried as you can imagaine >...... can any one help or relate pls much needed!
