Hello all.. I am thinking of joining the Navy but i have a misdemeanor for possesion 2 years ago .. before talking to a recruiter i want to get more information about this situation.. I know i will pass any type of drug test and have no problem with that.. Can someone comment me with this?

Can you have a probation charge and still join the military?

My son recieved a D.U.I ON 08/05/10 ,His finel court date for this is on 12/22/10 when could he join the navy or army,He will be done with high Done with high school in May of 2011,Please help asap thanks alot.
