There are many reasons you can have a sharp pain under your left breast. Depending on the exact location this can be a problem with a rib or with a lung, but it might just as well be Angina or a much more simplier, but nonentheless a stubborn pain, namely gas.... There are a lot of people that have this pain because of gas, but if the pain is persistant you should visit a doctor. sorry my previous question got cut short.. I was saying my husband had the exact same outcome and A&E and was sent home with pain killers . His still in pain so i was hoping you could tell me the diagnosis your wife got..any advice would be greatly appreciated, many thanks x

Well pain on the left side above ur breast may be because of some muscle pulled off ur breasts, it will be healed soooon so not to worry around , just go and hav ur self examined aSAp . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .

basically if you are young andnot above 50 then in most cases it is not because of the heart. it can be because of the mensis cycle that ladies go through per month. in the periods they can suffer this pain. if you find that your skin is discoloring itself then you must go to the doctor to take advise because that can be dangerous. if you find something inside your breast unknown then you must do the memography test in order to confirm that it may not be the breast cancer.
