Something like this used to happen to me...and i found out it is called a tension headache..when i got them i could not even move....so heres what i did.....when i asked my boss he said it used to happen to him too...so he told me before i take any tables try this...Put your hand to your ear and press your elbow to the wall and your hand to your ear,,,do it on the right and then the left and then clasp your hands and press your head to your hand and then to the back of your head press your hand to your head.....try it a few times..it should release the tension....keeping trying it everytime your head starts to hurt ...my headaches eventually went away...completel

Okay this is werid but it`s what Im having right now. Sometimes, NOT all the time, when I move my eyes from side to side or up and down I get this twitch/ muscle spasm in my neck, upper back and chest. It lasts less than a second but I have them Id say 6 times of of 10. It`s like my inside just JUMPS really fast :( anyone heard of this before?

Hi, today during the red light suddenly i heard a crash sound, i did not see the moment because i was looking to my kids, when i looked, i saw the truck in front of me driving, the car in my back behind me, so i did not understand who touched/crashed to me. I didn`t get out. When i arrived to home, i looked to back and front. I saw a square crack in the front bumper, a size of a palm/hand. This is 2003 dodge grand caravan (in very good condition at least was) What do you advice to me/ Should i call insurance and explain what happen or should i find someone to repair, or should i let it stay like that? Since this is my first accident , i do not know what to do? If you will help me i will be happy. Thanks.

My son got kicked in the nose at a birthday party. I guess pretty severely--there was blood all over when I went to pick him up. It didn`t look crooked so I didn`t think that it was broken but 3 days later he still is having slight amounts of blood coming from the nose--not alot but just enough to have me worrie. Should I be worried?

Sometimes, there is no pain in any part if the person is suffering from brain tumor. The person requires to be diagonised by a doctor after having MRI ,to know the brain tumor .There are various symptoms as week memory, vision , problem to walk etc. if the person has brain tumor .

Laying in bed last night on my left side and trying to drift to sleep, I couldn`t get my arm comfortable and realized my left arm was aching. So I rolled on my back, and my heart started pounding; then nausea (not to the point of throwing up - just this real uneasy feeling in my stomach) set in, along with feeling like my bra was too tight - but I didn`t have on a bra. Not extremely uncomfortable - but not pleasant. I`m 56, smoke, grandfather dropped dead of a heart attack in his early 60`s; father is alive and 83, has had one heart attack when he was 78 where they put in a stent; maternal side are irregular heartbeats and/or strokes. I don`t wanna` waste an ER visit to be told I`m having anxiety problems, although I didn`t feel anxious about anything. I do have a left vent . . . something or nother - obviously nothing to worry about. BTW, could not fall asleep.

Well u probably hav a migrane problem as in it head hurts from the back side or the front side only , hav a checkup or u might just being hit by something on the head also ,,,,. . . . . . .. . . . . . . . .
