i don't know if it fits me because when i wear 32, the bra keeps slipping down and a little part of my breast keeps popping out. i don't know if the whole cup is supposed to fit my whole breasts or half of it. when i wear 34 b, i don't know if it fits me or its my right size or if its too big for me. that bra never slips down but it cover usually my whole breasts instead of half of it. so how should i know of i a bra fits my breasts?

The number comes from how big around you are. If you're naturally petite, you'll have a smaller number. The letter is the cup size, which is how big the breast itself is. You can go to places like Sears, Macy's, Dillards, even Victorias Secret, and they'll be more than happy to fit you in a bra that'll work for you.
No, bigger bras do NOT make your breasts bigger, and no, not every1 loses their boobs during excercise. Different companies actually make bras different, so you might be a 32B in one bra, and a 34C in another.
