Its really creepy but its been happening to me since I was 17 and I`m 35 now. The first night It scared me half to death, then as the years went by it happened more and more. Each time seemed different from the time before but what stayed the same was my eyes were wide open, everything visible to me, couldnt speak, couldnt move on my own, couldnt even turn my head to look around but my eyes could move around. I was told by my boyfriend at the time that my entire body would shake really fast and I would feel it too but it didnt feel like it was me shaking, more like the bed was being shaken by someone else. One time I was able to grab hold of what I thought was his hand and bite his fingers in effort to wake him up Turns out when I finally snapped out of it I was biting my own fingers and I couldnt feel it till I snapped out of it.. Another time I was on the phone with a friend while laying in bed and I could hear everything she was saying on the other end of the line but I couldnt reply, when I finally snapped out of it I could hear the latter part of me saying some things like I was speaking in tounges or something. My friend on the other end of the line heard everything as well and said the same thing that I was making funny sounds. All I`ve learned is, not to fight it because that`s when you wake up exhausted and out of breath and also the deep breathing helps me because its the closest I get to making some kind of noise which is enough to wake my husband up and he`ll shake me till I wake up and that snaps me out of it.

Yes, heartburn can make the person`s chest feel tight and heavy . The person should consult with a good docyor still, so that to confirm there is no other serious problem in chest . Take proper medication after consulting doctor

Well if your eyes hurts when you move then there are several possibilities, you might have a migrane problem, or you might have a weak eyesight, please have a checkup as soon as possible, it might be serious and you should visit your doctor as soon as possible. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .

depends on how many weeks/months you are. the further u are the more distinct movments you should feel. if you don`t feel 5 movements in an hour by laying down in a quiet room. then there is a problem. or try drinking something sweet and then do the counting of the movements. If u don`t get 5 or more movemtns in an hr. go to the ER. Tell the ER your baby hasn`t been moving as much and they will do a baby stress check. they will check his heartbeat, how much he/she expands his/her lungs, if her/his fist are in a tight ball( indicating good reflexes). IF you are very far along in your preg. the baby might not move a lot because he/she has very little room now. or u need to drink more water, and he/she doesn`t have enough amnoitc fluid. shift positions or try eating.
