if your ribs hurt when u lie on them could mean a lot of things. One reason can be that you some time had some injury on your rib which is paining now due to the pressure felt when you lie on your ribs. improper diet leading to weakness of ribs is another reason resulting in rib pain. Bill Perry

well for one thing, the soda or coke depletes your calcium, but also too much sugar andd sodium throws ones system into a tizzy.....this is something sodas have plenty of....drink soda, but mostly just once in awhile, and as a rule, drink juices and water most of the time..you`ll do better...

IF you feel like your back always hurt so much then you are suffering maybe because of the following factors to watch.. 1..are you doing a tough job for example your job requires you to lift heavy weights which causes pain at your back 2..did you hurt yourself somewhere in the past and ingnore that and keep on ignoring until it came with the huge pain at your back. so go to the doctor and have your xray of back so that the real problem can be diagnosed. I don t know that why your jaws hurt but if you wears braces then after four months it shouldn`t hurt unless you have appointments with your orthodontics and they tighten the brackets. But I just took Advil and it worked a little but also with your braces kit you should have gotten something called a bite guard that helps but it really hurts when you bite on it.I hope my answer will help you a lot.
