A person can tell if a woman has breast implants just by looking at them. Most of the woman generally have breast implants to make them look big. The size difference becomes obvious and the person can easily tell if a woman had breast implants by observing the size of her breasts. Breast implants are too far apart and are disproportionate to body .

as a girl i want to keep my teeth looks nice and healthy. but, i often got teeth problems. the dentist give me a choice to make implant or bridge while the teeth besides the area where teeth had been extracted are filled (one teeth use golden pin inside, another is really a big hole before being filled). which option is better? material suggestions? is there any headache/ felt hurt on arms after implant? if i want to line my teeth also, is it better to do the lining first, or implant/bridge first?

This would be depend on your budget. Meaning if $$ is an issue for you bridge would cost you probably less than implant but if we're talking about long lasting result i would go with implant. But then again your teeth matter too i mean if your just wondering on how to fill a gap on missing area with out touching the Jason tooth then just go with the implant but if the tooth in front and back have large decay that would require a crown, then i would just go with the bridge cus even if you get an implant you would still need a crown on the back and front tooth due to your active decay. Any way which ever you choose would be better than having decayed and missing space so go for whatever you can afford. But if this is a question for your front teeth i would highly recommend an implant and a single crown for the other teeth behind or in front. As far as pain goes, i would say its no different than having any other dental work in your mouth so just go for it and enjoy your smile. Hope this would help. Iza:)

That's not easy to do, although there is plastic surgery that can do just about anything. Part of the problem is that you end up with a more difficult time eating, because your teeth no longer align - it may also adversely impact your speech - so the modifications have to be fairly minimal. Also understand that as you age, your bones naturally shift (as your muscle becomes less toned), so you may find yourself having to get surgery in the future.

My wife has them, and the answer is sort of. To me they feel and look very natural, all things considered. They feel subtly different than what she had before, but I am not sure that I would have noticed the difference if I did not already know she had the implants. She has much larger breasts than she had before the procedure, which I believe is a key reason why they feel different to me. Also, when I say they feel different it does not mean they feel bad or hard or fake, just different. I actually love the feel of them. They are soft yet firm, and they look even better than they feel. She had silicone implants which produces a much more natural look and feel. And she had a very good surgeon who I believe had a good sense of what will look and feel right for her body type. Hope this helps.
