    Well there is no definate period to go from skinny to muscular , it depends on how hard working are u one ur self , work out daily and eat healthy food and in atleast 6 months u will be not skinny atleast if all things are done correctly and continously . . . . . . . . . . .

    Ha, an interesting question. It depends on the guy's taste, but usual men (NOT INCLUDING ME, BUT MOST) like a girl with long, skinny legs. Muscular legs usually look too bulky to men. They often appear thick and bulgy- not what a guy wants to see in a gal's legs. Also, some men feel inferior to a girl's legs if they are larger or bulkier than his own. But don't go changing yourself for a guy! If you want muscular legs, go for it! Just telling you that most men find long, thin forelegs and thin, less round femurs attractive. Be sure to shave the foreleg and the theighs if you wear shorts or skirts!

    in the past, i tried to build my body but i failed because after a few months i didn't see any improvement. i drank protein, but i got diarrhea. then i just gave up. are some people destined to be skinny? thanks for the answers.


    There are a number of considerations you need to take into account. First, resistance training (weight lifting) can be done either aerobically (lower weight, higher reps), which would produce a longer, leaner muscle mass, or anaerobically (higher weight, lower reps), which would produce a thicker muscle mass. You should consider and visualize how you want to look, and ask yourself if there are athletic functional areas you are focusing in on, or just an overall appearance. If there is a particular functionality you are shooting for, key in on exercises that work the appropriate muscle groups and body motions associated with that activity. Second, I have found that some protein supplements I have taken give me diarrhea, where others don't. I think you have to experiment around until you find the product that works for you. Of course, you want supplements to be just that, supplements to a healthy diet. I'd suggest you do as much reading as possible in bodybuilding magazines as well as talk with people at the gym or others who have the look you are seeking. Building muscle mass is a long-term endeavor that requires patience and consistent effort. In some ways, it is no different than trying to learn a new academic subject, in that there is a learning curve (in physical activities, think results), and everyone's curve is different. Yes, genetic pre-disposition is an important factor. I believe you should always do exercises that are enjoyable and challenging for you. Try not to over train by paying attention to what your body is telling you, and don't overlook rest.

    Q. How can you make long arms more muscular?
    i'm 15 and i'm tall but skinny. i've been working out, but my arms are long and the muscle doesn't show as much. how can i pack on more bicep, tricep and deltoid muscle to make my arms look more muscular rather than long and skinny?


    You need to lift heavy do 3 sets of 4 to 6 reps for two exercises per muscle group. Then rest that muscle group for 72 hours.

    Q. Skinny & long arms. trying to make it look lil muscular?
    i workout like 6 days a week. chest twice biceps&triceps twice a week other two days shoulders and then forearms abs thighs. i have a skinny and long biceps.they not muscular but i want them to be. i take like 60g of protien when i workout. 30 before (breakfast and stuff) and 30+ after (protein shake) not counting dinner and lunch i eat. (meat and stuff) so what should i do to get good lookin arms. i put 20lb on each side on the ez bar and do like 6-8 reps 3 sets. and i didnt really do close grip benches before but ima start doin that now. (30lb on each side plus the bar 45lb around 6-8 reps 3 sets) and should i work harder on triceps to make them look good? i work hard on both of em also gimme some good tricep exercises at home to do with 2 30lb dumbbells

    I think you're working out way too much, and you're overworking your muscles and that's why they're not getting bigger. I suggest taking a week off, but keep eating carbs as well, and get lots of sleep, and see if during that week you see any change. Give your muscles a chance to rest and then they'll grow. After that, work out 4 times a week, but make the workouts harder but not longer, and use heavier weights. And some cardio wouldn't hurt.

    Q. Do you find long skinny legs attractive?
    i very long legs, 33 inches, and i'm 5 foot 3. they are also very skinny and lean/muscular. do you find this attractive...i know it makes for a good model, but in everyday life it may look odd. and i know how some girls wish they had legs that go on for days, but girls with long legs sometimes wish they were shorter! :) thanks!

    Q. Alrightt so how can i get a long skinny body..rather than all muscular body?
    i want to lose another 15 pounds and i really really want to just have very small thighs and a flat six pack stomach. i have almost a 6 pack but i need to have a skinny body type before may 16th. i ccheer lead so i have alot of muscle. i want a skinny body will my bones sticking out. how do i get that? and can i do it by may 16th? im 131 now. and i work out everyday and have been on a diet since january 5th. i was 144. but its so much harder to lose weight now. how can i acheive this goal? i eat a good 1,400-1,500 calories a day. with tons of veggies and fruits.

    The best way is a running program... I run 6K almost every day and I have to eat more to not loose much weight... But go to your doctor first before start, just to make sure you have good heart condition and use good shoes to prevent injuries.
