you should wait at least a month, but i gauged up after like 5 or 6 days.. if you wait longer, there`s a lower chance of a blow-out but it`s completely up to you. if you gauge up after showering it`s a lot easier too. good luck! :)

Yes, whenever i went up a size, my lymph nodes became swollen. they did it even if my ears didn`t get red or puffy. You should just make sure you clean you`re ears regularly, (i used dilated tcp, but salt water is normally recommend) and just make sure you don`t stretch too quick. That what I did, and it didn`t have the best results my ears bled a lot and were very sore and my Lymph nodes got very swollen and tender to the touch.

Yes, that`s bad. It either means you`ve stretched too fast and have not allowed your ears enough healing time in between stretches or, they could be infected as well. Try doing sea salt soaks a few times a day and cleaning the holes with antibacterial soap. Wait for awhile before you stretch again... you might even want to down size to let your ears heal and then try stretching after they`ve done so. Wait maybe a few months
