ive had mine for a month and 2 weeks and im only 15 and it still hurts so prob 3 to 4 months depends on ur age and how much you work with it.

if the bad back pain is just because of the muscular pain then the pain can be releaved within a day or two if the muscular pain medicince and a proper good massage is give to you. if its because of the disbalance disc at your back then the problem can last before the operation because mostly the doctors advice you the camotherapy or the final operation to get the symptoms gone but the chances of the operation are not very good so take care of it what the doctor prescribe
