when the printer cartridges are refilled even then the printer is unable to recognise that the printe cartridges are now refilled. it takes them as an empty cartridges. so you have to make the printer understand by resetting the chips of the cartridges. so in this way you can press and hold the reset button of the printer to complete the resetting task.
