Can i just ask a doctor for a note to start maternity leave? i'm 36 weeks pregnant and have been working part time for the last 3 months at retail stores. i love my job, but i'm still required to stand the entire time (usually 4-7 hours) with only the half hour break if i work more than 5. i thought because i have had a healthy pregnancy i could keep doing my job, and i don't want to have to abruptly just quit, but my back is starting to hurt really bad, and my stomach is too big to navigate through the store or stock room sometimes. i also do a lot of bending, and i just don't feel like i can take it anymore. is it possible to ask my doctor for a note saying i'm not to work anymore? i know i should just quit, but like i said, i like this job and want the option of coming back to work after the baby's born.

Ok I'm really gonna try to help you. First thing, you gotta be brave as hell and give yourself a maximum of 2 months to talk to her. If you can't do it in 2 months, which is already a lot, just forget her and stop thinking about her, because it will only end up hurting and making you feel like an idiot, specially when you start seeing her with other guys and other stuff like that.
Now, if you're not brave enough, but you ocasionally go to the same parties as her, you have to get drunk enough (not too drunk), then go talk to her. you say hi, then she says hi too, and even if it seems stupid, it doesn't matter, you just make her a question about something you both can talk about. plan 3 subjects and maybe even some things to say about those subjects before you talk to her. since you say you are both athletes, one of those could be athletism, sure you can find something to talk about that. the second could be what's you degree, and how are the test going, etc, plus whates your name, where youre from, blah blah blah. so just do this, and even if the conversation is short, when you feel you've run out of things to say, just say "can i get your phone number?". it doesn't even matter if the conversation goes more like an interrogation or something like that, as long as she talks to you. if you get her number, you win, if you dont, just move on.
in case you don't wanna get drunk, youll have to do this sober, which could be a bit harder, but as i said, if youre not barve as hell, itll never come to you, then if you let time go on and you still like her its gonna end bad for you.
then the following day just start texting like "hey, whats up?" and stuff like that, so you two can get more friendly with each other, plus you can ask her for her e-mail so you can talk on msn and stuff. from there i guess you should know how to do things, just keep texting every now and then, even if she doesnt text you first its still ok as long as she replies most of the time (dont instantly get angry if she doesnt reply every now and then), then you start talking, then when you feel the time is right you ask her out on a date. hope this helps, but remember, if youre not really brave ull never get it. NEVER.

Can i start a small cichlid tank in an eclipse system 6 gallon aqurium? i would also like to say thanks to everyone that had answered my last question, it really helped getting input from different points of view, im not gonna put the betta in the 20 gallon community and im just gonna leave him where he is, in a 1.5 gal filtered tank with a light and everything, hes happy where he is. thanks again..... on another note
i know 6 gallon is small, but its the largest tank i have space for at this time, so is there anyway i can start a cichlid tank in it? with smaller chichlids? if not.... are there any sudgestions of fish that will be ok to live in there? and anything but guppies, neon tetras, platies mollies, and swordtails. thanks a lot,

Nope, that tank is not large enough for Cichlids. You could put some dwarf Cichlids in an Eclipse system 12. Either put your Betta in the System 6 or you could get a Paradise Fish for the System 6. In my personal opinion Paradise Fish are cool fish. Very curious and not shy. They don't hide from you when your near and they even will jump from the water to try to take flakes from your fingers.

Q. There used to be a lot of memory on my 8gb sandisk ultra sd card, now about a third of it is gone? it used to be that i could take up to almost 2000 pictures and almost 2 hours of video.
now, i can only take about 1400 pictures and an hour and a half of video.
can you please help me fix this problem?
note: i did start to notice this happening after i took about 11 videos or so, all under 5 minutes, at one time.
