No they won't burst. But I would not do it because your muscles and tissue are not formed around them until several months after being done and they can shift. I know a girl who got implants under the muscle and thru the belly button, wears strapless shirts with no bra constantly, then in 6 months she has the boobs of a 50 year old woman. They dropped several inches and are super saggy. She was supposed to wear a bra for quite a while and didn't.

Q. 7 years ago i had plastic surgery and that was the worst decision i ever made?
i had saline breast implants in my 20s. i never thought about it until one of my co-worker had them. she goes to work everyday with large breasts in fashion bodysuits which made me so admired and jealous. she seems so confident in front of all the men attention and starring eyes. no one at my work place notices me because i'm small and skinny. i met my boyfriend somewhere else and we lived together and have 2 children. when my youngest son about 2 years old, i decided to have my breasts augmented even though my boyfriend didn't support the idea but i just went ahead because i 've seen more and more people done them. today, i don't have any pain or problem but i feel uncomfortable because they're fake. i am so regretted and want to remove them. my boyfriend so mad at me because i didn't listen to him before. he said that i wasted thousands of dollars to put them in and now want to spend money again to take them out. i hated myself for being so naived and shallowed. what can i do, should i just leave them alone until the saline break or remove them so i can be all natural again.

I think you should live with your decision. Yes, it's not what you may like now, but it was your choice to have it augmented. The world we live in nowadays, we can take back our mistakes so easily without thinking of the consequences. Besides, our boyfriend is obviously worried about financial issues of the aspect and I think you should respect him for that. Besides, you need to get over our insecurities, which is what caused you to make this decision in the first place. Get to love the body that you're in regardless of what happened to it. That includes your "fake" breasts. They're not fake, they're still a part of you, and you need to learn to respect them as being a part of you.
