ya i have to deal with the same thing... try not drinking so much before night.. during the summer i always get up about 12am to 1 am to use the restroom, but lately now that it`s colder out i haven`t felt the need to so much lately...

A few years ago i hit my arm really hard. A lump showed up after, but i never got it checked thinking it would go down. 2 years later the lump is still here. what even more frightening is the fact that it hurts now and so does my enitre right arm! sometimes my arm goes numb, and even the last two fingers on my hand go numb sometimes and they even hurt. What could be happening?

My arms and sometimes legs ache at night and feel tired making it hard to sleep they feel like they need a good stretch which I`ve tried doing before bed but it doesn`t seem to help what is it? What can I do? I also sometimes have slight tingles or pins & needles ??

i have fallan over the bannister top flght of stairs n landed on my left hand side .i was found by ambalance men and taken to a/e they gave me 3 lots of morphine on in my right leg i have briken ribs cant pass stool .and have cuts all over my back .but i have noticed my right knee was hurt and has now turned bright orange ? can u help me with this question please
