well just yesterday i fell backwards off of my friends back while he was carrying me and i hit the back of my head and neck and back on the street really hard and now it hurts to turn my head to the right at times, then it will change o the left.. its weird but the back of my neck hurts and ive been feeling dizzy and tired and my head is sensitive even though i didnt bleed...idk whats goin on either

I been getting pain in the left side of my head or brain and everytime i bendover it gets worst is not really painfull but it hurts a little bit what can be causing this pain?

For the past few days, when I swallow it`s like a knife is cutting the back of my throat. But it isn`t too servere. But when I drink cold liquids it hurts even more and it`s like I can feel it in the back of my head in the upper right.. I`ve been getting dizzy very easily and I`ve fallen completely over twice because I lose balance and get light headed. Any ideas as to what is going on?

if you feel that the top side of your head hurts when you touch your head then it means that this pain is not the head ache because if it were the headache the all of the head would feel it without touching. so this pain can be beause of some pimple on your head skin and you are feeling the pain. thanks
