90 degrees F., outside, yet I`m shivering violently (no air conditioning) feel very cold? - Last night, I had this experience early in the evening. I went to bed in 90 degree heat with a jogging suit, I was shivering so badly! What was wrong? During the night, I was up every two hours to pee; normally get up once at night. I`m 64 years old; male; live alone.
