Something like this used to happen to me...and i found out it is called a tension headache..when i got them i could not even move....so heres what i did.....when i asked my boss he said it used to happen to him too...so he told me before i take any tables try this...Put your hand to your ear and press your elbow to the wall and your hand to your ear,,,do it on the right and then the left and then clasp your hands and press your head to your hand and then to the back of your head press your hand to your head.....try it a few times..it should release the tension....keeping trying it everytime your head starts to hurt ...my headaches eventually went away...completel

Dont forget the journal, that information is really important and can help with the diagnosis...hope this helped a little.

the right side of my face feels tingly when i press on it and my temple feels bruised even when i dont touch it. my jaw on the same side also hurts when i move it. it started today with my temple hurting and since then throughout the day it has gradually moved downwards on the side of my face.... please help im only 16 and im female if that helps...

if you feel that the top side of your head hurts when you touch your head then it means that this pain is not the head ache because if it were the headache the all of the head would feel it without touching. so this pain can be beause of some pimple on your head skin and you are feeling the pain. thanks

when the person cough hard , it is normal to hurt the person`s right side of the head near temple .But, the person should take care. He should visit an ENT speciallist and get properly examined ,to avoide any serious cause of head hurt
