Only time will tell. They will likely be sore until at least 14 weeks. I will be 19 weeks on Mon. and mine just stopped hurting this week. Although, some women have tenderness for the entire pregnancy.

Did you switch to a "weaker" pill? After the birth of my 1st child, and being on state aid, the doctor told me that I didn't NEED such a strong pill anymore. I was spotting and having irregular periods t0oo. I went 4 times to him and told him my problems. HE insisted that they were working and that it just took some time for my system to "adjust". My system NEVER adjusted...and therefore got pregnant AGAIN 2mos after birth! I just knew this was going to happen, that's why I kept going back and complaining...I wanted my old STRONGER pills! He refused. I think you need to get a second opinion from someone else.
