It is ok my mom is having some sharp pain but if do not feel any lumps you should be just fine consult the doctor though just in case.

Could be mastitis/infection. If it is one quadrant of the boob and is red and painful and hard to the touch go get antibiotics or at least see your doc. It could also be bruised breast tissue. I bruised myself like that trying to unclog a duct. It went away in a week but if the above symptoms occur believe me you will be wanting a doc before then. Good luck hope you feel better soon.

Are you having a loss in sensation on your whole left side...then possible heart attack but I had that problem where I bruised by side from coughing too much which made it difficult to breath...took a long time to heal In my case it helped to put a warm heating pad on the spot for a while, take it easy and tylenol for pain...that's the the nurse practionener told me to do and it slowly healed

Is it actually your breast tissue that is sore or is it pain that seems like its coming from that area? If it seems like it is under the breast, more in the rib area, you could have a rib that has come out of place and has moved slightly away from the cartilage. Or, it could be a sign of something more serious, like your heart. Call your doctor and set up an appointment.

I wouldn't panic. It could be a cyst, but it's always a good idea to have it checked out. I'm glad to see you're going to the dr. Even if it's nothing serious, it should be monitored by your dr. I was diagnosed with breast cancer last year and my tumor wasn't felt and I had no pain from it. It was found on a routine mammogram. Early diagnosis is the key. Make sure you're doing your monthly self-breast examinations. If you feel something different or anything of concern to you, you should have it checked. I'm not sure of your age but by the age of 20 you should be seeing a gyno for a yearly exam. At the age of 35 you should have your first mammo and then at age 40 a mammo every year. Earlier for any of these if you're at high risk for breast cancer. Best of luck at the dr!

Let your doctor know you are still in pain. Additional testing might be necessary, i.e. ultrasound of abdomen, chest xray, lumbar spine film. Have you had a mammogram? If it has been more than two days since you had a gall bladder test, call your doctor to find out the results. Sometimes due to a nurse or MD's workload, they might have the results, but not had a chance to call you about this. Be persistent because you know your body better than anyone else. If something is not right get it checked out please.
