If you get citation could happen a lot of things. First of all you can get arrested you can be forced to go to the court. Of course you should pay some fines for citation and for court and court can to fine you some penalties like community service which is the best you can get. John Doubtson

 Q. Citation??? what do i do if when doing the citations one of my references does not have a publishing date, and another reference does not have the place where it was published...please i need help bad...
After you have searched and searched and still can't find what you need, all you can do is cite what you do know. When it comes to citing the information you don't know, leave it out. You might considering attaching a brief explanation for your teacher as to why it's left out if the teacher is notorious for being strict on citations.

 Q. How is citation style called which is used in scientific research papers? in scientific research papers they always use this end note reference. i would also like to do that, however can't find the name of this citation style and hence i don't know how to cite the sources properly.
in don't want mla or apa because i am writing something for biology.
Well it depends on the journal that one is submitting the research paper too. Each journal has its own style. Look at a few journals and see which style you want to use for your Biology paper. sss

 Q. What is a citation that police officers would issue? like, if you were to do something bad, a police officer would issue you a citation. what is that? and what happens if you get one?
"A citation is a violation a person has..."
Well, ill put it like this....The police can pull u over for pretty much anything, and u hav bike cops. U also have the shitty officers who abuse their powers and will find anything to write u a tix for. A citation is a violation a person has comitted and will be given a slip required to go to court, or to jus pay a rediculous fine. Depending on the citation if u try to not pay it or not show up for court and u r required to a warrant can be issued for ur arrest. So, basically if u r wrong in doing something and u no it, and a cop approaches u, its best to be VERY cooperative and truthful. getting mad, or cursing out the officer, its NOT the best option and that gives them a betta reason to arrest u. So kiss ass wen it comes to them, and never get in there way.

 Q. How to write mla in-text citation for two pieces of evidence by the same author but different page numbers? how would you do the in-text citation in a situation like this:
"caffeine raises dopamine levels; this causes improved mood and behavior (cherniske 63). adenosine receptors slow down neuron firing in the brain to prevent overloading, however caffeine blocks these receptors causing neurons to continue firing, making the brain feel alert (cherniske 56)."
would i leave the citations like that or should they be changed? thank you.
"Your citations look correct..."
Your citations look correct, assuming you have only one work cited by Cherniske and both citations come from the same work, just different pages. Your Works Cited page will have the full information about the Cherniske citation (author, work cited, publication data).

 Q. Is a parking citation the same thing as a ticket? does it go on your record? is a parking citation the same as a ticket? in other words does it go on your record permeantly?
*it was a parking citation for an expired meter.
"As a retired police officer i can say..."
As a retired police officer I can say, No, it does not go on your DMV record.
In the event you fail to pay the fine associated with it, whomever owns the car will have what is called a "DMV HOLD". This means when they go to re-register it the "fine" of the ticket amount will be connected to the registration, so, if the ticket was $30 and the registration is $150 you or they pay the $180 to DMV in order to register your car.
It's a slick way for the system to make you pay, works I'd guess as you cannot register your car without paying for all of it at once.
