Never compromise on your back pain whether its extreme or not you must go to the doctor and do all the tests which he prescribes for you. remember if the back pain continues then it can completely paralise you and you can suffer a lot because of the pain. you cant even stand if you have a sever back pain so dont take this pain light and have your complete test to see the results. in some cases it has to get operated also.
