It`s possible that you have a medical condition called known as pleurisy. This is actually referring to the inflammation of the lining of the lungs. Take a rest and take basic medicines like ibuprofen or Tylenol. It' s an irregular heart beat perhaps...I have it too. what you do when it starts freaking out bear down like your having BM...I know it sounds weird but it will stop it from beating irregular... if your pain lasts more then 3-5 days you should get it checked out. You could possibily just have some inflammation of the lining of your lungs which gets more and more irritated when coughing, because coughing strains the lining of your lungs. If you smoke you could have something like bronchitis which I would recommend getting that checked out. Heart burn is usually triggered by certain foods you eat so i would rule that out unless you are eating a lot of spicy foods or alcohol.
