Time to get a blood test. Get a CBC and a Glucose. Has to do with the blood and circulatory system. In the meantime, if it bugs you beyond belief, take a couple of aspirin or anti-inflammatory. I have this issue also..

Well, most women are able to exert sufficient pressure with their hands to rupture a testicle! The difficult bit is trapping the organ in place with the fingers to stop them slipping out of your grasp before you apply the pressure. If a man has really upset you enough that you want to do this to him, then : 1) concentrate on just one of the organs. Dont try to squeeze both at once as your hand can only exert the nessessary pressure to rupture the one. 2)Trap one of the glands with your weaker hand to stop it slipping from your grasp. Squeeze the other ball between your thumb and forefinger as hard as you can, using the thumbnail to split it open and initiate the rupture. 3) Don`t expect a dramatic "pop" When the testicle ruptures, the tough outer layer splits open to reveal a mass of tubes which has a spongy consistancy, and it will flatten out as this tissue is crushed. 4) Do not be concerned that he will retaliate, as the initial agony will cause his stomach muscles to violently contract which will cause him to bent foward in an attempt to cover and protect the delicate organs. Watch out for his head hitting you as this happens and hang on to his testicles to avoid losing your grip! This contraction of the stomach muscles has two other effects. He will experience nausea due to the pressure on his stomach, so watch out for vomit! His diaphragm will be paralysed also, which will prevent him from drawing a breath, so he will lose conciousness after about 30 to 40 seconds. Do not worry that you have killed him; his breathing will resume after he loses conciousness as the stomach muscles will also relax at this point. It would be better if you were not present when he regains conciousness.
