do you crack your knuckles often ? because if so then your knuckles are under tension. But if not then i suggest you go see a doctor to check it out for you . (:

well for one thing, the soda or coke depletes your calcium, but also too much sugar andd sodium throws ones system into a tizzy.....this is something sodas have plenty of....drink soda, but mostly just once in awhile, and as a rule, drink juices and water most of the time..you`ll do better...

If the pain you are describing is a "pulling" feeling and runs down into your wrist, you may have a pulled tendon or ligament. If the pain is a dull constant pain with sharp shoot pains every now and then. You may be looking at a little carpel tunnel. Do you repeat a motion repetively during your day? Such as a job, craft, or skill? If its just something you pulled try using hot and cold compressions on for 30 off for 30 mins and after a few days the pain should go away but if its Carpel then in severe cases surgery is needed. Check with your physcian on whats the best options for you.

I just had carpel tunnel surgery on my non-dominate wrist. I am experiencing the same symptoms as the above person. The only difference is that my index finger is in a great deal of pain. I`m also experiencing a loss of sensation throughout the thumb, part of my index finger, and palm. I do hope that the long term benefits outweigh the debilitating pain. I am at this time reconsidering the decision to have this done on my dominate hand. Reading the above question did relieve my concern of the normality of this type of pain, along with the knowlege that my frustration isn`t just a form of self-pity, but authenticated by reading about another patients similarity.

Thank you all for answering me. The biggest pain is in my wrist and thumb I can deal with the pain in the elbow and shoulder. One thing I did not mentioned, I also have stiffness in my hands especially in the morning and also pain in the fingers , but only sometimes.

I don t know that why your jaws hurt but if you wears braces then after four months it shouldn`t hurt unless you have appointments with your orthodontics and they tighten the brackets. But I just took Advil and it worked a little but also with your braces kit you should have gotten something called a bite guard that helps but it really hurts when you bite on it.I hope my answer will help you a lot.
