You might have probably pulled any of the rib muscles or any of your muscles in the rib region would have stretched due to which you are feeling pain in your ribs . wait for a few days , and put some ice over the affected region to get some immediate relief . If it does not help , then better go to a physiotherapist or some doctor and get proper treatment for the same.
